AG's Decision to Not Take Up Sandusky Accuser's Suit Was Proper, Court Rules

Prosecutors with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office properly exercised their discretion when they declined to file additional charges against convicted serial child molester Jerry Sandusky based on the allegations of an accuser claiming he was abused in 1988, the state Superior Court has ruled in a decision affirming that the accuser's claims were time-barred.
