Lawyers in Fattah Case Ask Judge to Toss Bribery Convictions

Attorneys for former Congressman Chaka Fattah and the co-defendant accused of paying him for favors told a judge Friday that their clients’ bribery convictions should be thrown out based on recent U.S. Supreme Court precedent.
