The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has suspended former Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Willis W. Berry Jr. from the practice of law for one year and a day for defrauding a former law client in the settlement of her personal injury claim before becoming a judge.

What's being said

  • "Attorney Blake Horwitz", committed MISCONDUCT when he NEGLECTED his thn clients case;client who is STILL being ABUSED/ASSAULTED at Chester MHC, in Chester, Illinois!
The ARDC(of Illinois), was also negligent when they responded to a complaint against Horwitz, that "because Horwitz has never been prosecuted before, he won‘t be this time either".
Horwitz did NOTHING to get his client transferred OUT of a maximum faciity, where he has been raped by guards(and one OLDER inmate/patient).
Horwitz had (and still does), COPIES of this clients medical records that proves that he has been treated for rape AND Horwitz had knowledge of the afct that this then client(my brother David), can identify some of the gaurds that raped him, YET the ARDC cobvered for Horwitz and would not prosecute him to malpractice.
ALSO, the IAG, (of 2010), was sent copies of the case against Horwitz, but did NOTHING to see that Horwitz was punished for his legal malpractice of this case.
By law, copies of cases, has to be submitted to the AG, when filing suits against ANY individual.
