The JCB is by far the most politically corrupt board in the State of Pennsylvania if not the country. I wrote about this corruption in my book titled: The Luzerne County Railroad. My book has nothing to do with trains. I name names and back up my accusations with documentation. The JCB is a pitiful charade used to disguise corruption. How many of you knew that Judge Conahan (of Kids for Cash fame) had his business partner (two businesses) as the chairman of the JCB? Conahan‘s partner tabled a detailed complaint about the Conahan‘s activities UNTIL the FBI arrested Conahan. The JCB was very busy going after Judge Lokuta who was suspected of being the author of this complaint. Lokuta became the first judge in Penna. to be removed from office without ever being accused or found guilty of a crime. Funny how things work in this state. Funny.
