Federal Judge Caputo SHOULD NOT be hearing any of the Kids for Cash cases. He is a former Luzerne County Public Defender. There are plenty of Federal Judges to go around. A Federal Judge without a Luzerne County connection would be nice. Even more importantly is the issue concerning the protection of judges from civil liability. What is it going to take to have legislation passed that simply states..... If it is determined that a judge has committed a crime while on the bench, their protection from civil liability is no longer in place. The MOB could only dream of this sort of protection. Why are we protecting felons who just happen to wear robes????? The moving party here is accurate when it comes to a culture of corruption. I wrote a book about it and I name names.
