Feinberg is a recognized expert in handling large numbers of claims such as the BP Gulf Spill, but I question why he is needed for a small handful of rape victims. They would probably be better advised to opt out of any "grand settlement" engineered by Feinberg and proceed aggressively to trials by juries. The "little people" claimants who lost wages in the Gulf took a fraction of what they could have recovered in exchange for quick payments. Like they had a choice-- starve or take a discounted final settlement.
