Reed Smith opens an office in Singapore this month with a focus on trading and commodities, shipping and international arbitration. Leading the office is Gautam Bhattacharyya, who will be joined by new partners Barry Stimpson and Simon Sloane from Holman Fenwick and Philip Antcliffe, who rejoins Reed Smith after a stint at Citigroup.
