A two-tiered system in which the politically connected could get their traffic tickets fixed but the average person could not has been a well-kept secret in Philadelphia for generations, the administrative judge in charge of Traffic Court said in an interview last Wednesday.

I am very curious to know how and why current court officers and active sitting judges had their names appear on the Chadwick Report? Who made the decision that this information was to be leaked to the media? How did an internal memo leave the Administrative Judge's desk and end up in the possession of the Pennsylvania news media? Why was this secret and sensitive material given to news media outlets in the first place? Why was the media given access to the Chadwick Report before court personnel could read and review this material?

Shouldn't the names listed in the Chadwick Report have been hidden from the public view to shield and protect current Traffic Court employees? Isn't there still an ongoing FBI investigation? What effect will the leaking of this report have on the Federal probe?

It has to make you wonder what exactly is the motivation for allowing the release of this report while court officials are still testifying before a Federal Grand Jury? All good questions for the people who chose to leak this internal memo. I guess these questions are not interesting enough for people to ask, notice, or to care? Well, I guess it is more important that there be a quick rush to judgement. That makes for a much more interesting story......?

He was some coach, wasn't he? He stood for a lot of good stuff. He was one tough S,O.B. But, he loved his players and they loved him. He was literally and figuratively color blind. Winning was the goal and all of his players contributed and submitted his unique combination of physical, personal, emotional and psychological qualities to achieve a destiny far greater than they could gain as individual football players.

We need a Vince Lombardi to take over as coach and to lead this losing bunch of legal players. They have no leadership. None. Forget the endless juvenile titles they give each other and the silly awards they create and bestow upon each other.

Imagine the support he would find! Imagine if ONE of them stood for something real and true and wouldn't compromise his values for money, for praise, for ego.

There(obviously), are a few who feels that corruption, is of the "norm", for Philadelphia, but WHERE, is it written(in the constitution), that corruption is exempt, because it happens in this stae OR that state?

I DON'T recall learning in any classroom/book, that corruption is legal!

The problem is, there are individuals who are GRAVELY hooked on not doing the right thing, to the point that they are still attempting to encourage others, to conduct themselves in the same manner.

People who behave in such manners, are only looking for someone to take down with them, along with trying to prevent them from turning their lives around OR prevent them from being given CREDIT, because they HAVE turned their lives around.

NOTE: What say I?...I say, apologize, don't do it again, take your punishment for the crime like a man/woman AND from that point on, look at it as a person being released from a drug program, for the TEST, begins, when you walk OUT of the revolving treatment doors!...That's when you will encounter more individuals who's still seeking others, to go along with their ill behaviors and that's when you(in such a vulnerable position), MUST be strong, for your EFFORTS/LIFESTYLE, will speak for itself and trust me, there will be NOONE, who can cast a stone at you, for we ALL, have fell short of the coming of the Lord!....That is the time to seperate yourself from any/all, wrongdoing...There may even be individuals who has experienced bad activities in their lives and it's OK, to associate with them, as long as they are PROVING, on a day-by-day bases, that that life is BEHIND them and they are PROVING, that they are STANDING on their NEW life!
