    Sam is exceptional. When no one lifted a finger to challenge the organized criminals in the Luzerne Tragedy, Sam risked his freedom to blow the whistle on those rapists. He stands for something good and right.
    Unfortunately, only a handful who serve under the rules of conduct will heed them out of any noble motive. Until the others are held accountable, nothing will change. The threat of severe consequences is the answer.
    How many lawyers and judges reported the ongoing Luzerne Assault? How many of them have faced disciplinary measures for looking the other way?
    The injustice of Luzerne continues.
