The Mormon Church and the Boy Scouts are going to have a lot problems concerning this issue and case. An organization like the Boys Scouts is one pedophiles would have flocked to because of its proximity to kids. If the Boy Scouts had files about certain people who committed acts or had tendencies and did not reveal them or pursue legal action, that is useful and critical information for a lawsuit. They are going to be in the same problems the Catholic Church had and are still dealing with.

What a terrible thing for that boy and his family. I hope he has an Experienced Attorney.

This abuse must have occurred as a church leader. It is impossible for this sort of thing to happen if the procedures required by the Boy Scouts are adhered to, and it would be impossible for proper Boy Scout procedures to be ignored for long.

I am just sickened and deeply confused how someone who has been convicted as a child abuser is still worshipped and how the church and the boy scouts let these predators abuse these children who are mostly adults today. Their lives have been ruined and turn upside down. My son was in boy scouts but I have since withdrawn him. Its awful.
