Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse Sued for Trademark Infringement
Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagasse and the Home Shopping Network have been selling counterfeit German cutlery, profiting from the reputation of the trademark name Solingen without permission, according to a German trade association asking a Florida federal judge for an injunction. The association seeks $24 million in damages.
