Same story everywhere. Most judges are crappy lawyers that can't cut it in private practice. Many are also working their way up from county counsel, or DA positions (obtained via cronyism) so they can sit on their butts and collect huge pensions.

I guess taxpayers are MORE & MORE, finding out WHY our taxes are constantly rising!

ALSO, we are finally being made to realize, that the ILLINOIS JUDICUARY REPORT BOOK(for whatever year), is NOT, unwarrented AND should be UPdated!

These "judges"(such as James Egan, Joseph Gillespie, etc.), are/should be/should have BEEN prosecuted for NOT conducting themselves in a 'MINESTERIAL FUNCTION', while Illinois AG(Lisa Madigan), allow them to get awy with STEALING ligigants CIVIL winnings!

These activities, MUST be stopped, for NO judge or any OTHER "offficer" of the law, is above the law and it it LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOng OVERDUE, for their corruptions to be adherred to!

I really hope that the next stop on this "clean-up train" is 1301 Filbert Street. Most of the judges don't seem to care about fairness or justice and almost always side with the prosecutor, especially in post-conviction cases. They routinely signal to the stenographer when to begin/end recording. It's unethical and a mockery of justice.
