Geoffrey Moulton Jr. as the special prosecutor leading her office's examination of Corbett's pursuit of the case.

It was a big stretch to impute blame to the Board and just as big a stretch to impute blame to the Attorney General's office. The facts of the case and the fault, if any, lie in Center County, PA.
