    Elders are abused, and murdered, by a conspiracy of judges, attorneys, Area Agencies on Aging, and others in the system. Elders are forced into nursing homes so these insiders can profit or advance their careers. For more information about this Medicare fraud scheme, go to

    Ms. Buck mentions the lack of oversight of guardians. What needs to be stressed is that PA law dictates that any elder with friends or family to help him cannot be placed in a guardianship, which removes all his rights. But corrupt judges and others in the system don't follow the law. And that is the problem with all the laws and policies enacted in recent years.

    Why isn't SeniorLAW Center taking a stand against the corrupt Pennsylvania legal system or holding taxpayer-funded government agencies accountable? Why isn't SeniorLAW Center helping victims of this corruption? Guardianship records are illegally sealed in at least one county, Columbia County. How will SeniorLAW Center help? If you're not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. At this time, SeniorLAW Center is part of the problem.
