    like sanchez presiding over

SHOEMAKER et al v. GERAGHTY et al
    2:2010cv00204
    15:77 Securities Fraud
Presiding Judge: HONORABLE JUAN R. SANCHEZ
    Defendants: JAMES MCERLANE

sanchez described McErlane as "MY MENTOR and GOOD FRIEND, Mr. JAMES MCERLANE, a senior partner with the law firm of Lamb and McErlane, who is in the back.”

or ruling on a case litigated by kline/specter. they co-chaired the commission that recommended sanchez to specter's dad who just happened to be chairman of the senate judiciary committee.

scary to think that all the judges presiding on these disciplinary panels are specter choices. the disciplinary system in place presently is an absolute disgrace. fellow lawyers judging their peers is partially responsible for the systemic corruption and moral and ethical collapse of this formerly honored institution
