A Philadelphia personal injury attorney who admitted to diverting clients away from law firms with misleading information about cases and law firm status, mishandling settlement funds from suits, forging checks and engaging in frivolous litigation has been given a 30-month suspension by the state Supreme Court.

    It is horrific, that an attorney would be so stupid to think that a person doesn't have common sense to know that once his/her case has been settled, only a fool wouldn't thing something suspicious is occurring having someone come to their home without the client even expecting them!
    MORE, need to be done(across the board), to stop these greed suffering attorneys!
