Elected and appointed
Peggy Morcom became a partner with Reilly, Wolfson, Sheffey, Schrum and Lundberg in Lebanon, Pa.
Morcom lends her expertise to the firm in the areas of civil litigation, employment law and special education law.
Marc D. Jonas was re-elected chair of the Montgomery County Planning Commission board.
This is his third term as chairman.
Jonas, co-chair of Eastburn and Gray's land use group, has experience in real estate, land use, municipal law, and zoning matters, representing individuals, businesses and municipalities.
Jessica A. Ellel and Rebecca A. Winge were elected directors of Houston Harbaugh.
Ellel concentrates her practice in the area of health care law, drafting and negotiating physician employment agreements and negotiating contracts between physicians and hospitals, including agreements governing the sale of medical practices.
Winge concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, wealth preservation, advanced planning for the elderly, tax planning and dispute resolution involving various state and federal tax concerns of individuals and businesses.
Neil A. Stein, principal of the land use and zoning group at Kaplin Stewart Meloff Reiter & Stein, was appointed to the Home Builders Association's board of directors and re-appointed as chair of the political action committee of HBA.
In his practice, Stein represents landowners, developers, institutions and nonprofit groups in each and every phase of real estate transactions.
