    This decision has already been appealed. This and others could get tied up in PA supreme court for years now. It just does not make sense to claim Eminent Domain for something that truly is not for the direct convenience or necessity to the public like UGI, PPL, Public highways, or even state recreational parks, all of which do benefit us directly. Jobs for this Sunoco ME2 project are temporary. Don‘t let them fool us. Watch the new film by Sellus Wilder titled "End of the Line" to see what one state did to stop this senseless kind of twisted abuse to use government privileges that are meant fordirect public benefit only..
