Comment: On July 2, 2010, plaintiff Jeffrey Levan, 54, was driving a motorcycle along Amity Avenue in Douglassville, Pa., when Kevin Hafer reversed out of his driveway and collided with Levan, according to the plaintiffs' mediation memorandum. Levan claimed to sustain leg injuries.
Levan and his wife, Susan Levan, sued Hafer, alleging that he was negligent in the operation of his vehicle for failing to properly reverse and failing to see what was clear to be seen.
