Lisa A. Shearman, an attorney with Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin, was awarded the Honorable Milton O. Moss Public Service Award, presented by the Montgomery Bar Foundation.

She received the award for her work with the Wills for Heroes Foundation as the national affiliate director and as a statewide coordinator for Pennsylvania.

For more than 20 years, Shearman has advised clients throughout the state on matters involving estate planning, estate administration, and tax and business succession planning.


David W. Crosson joined Gross McGinley's Allentown, Pa., office.

He joins the firm's family law and wills, trusts, and estates groups.

Crosson provides counsel to Lehigh Valley families in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody and support and advises clients on more complex matters involving property division, visitation, and relocation.


Clark Hill Thorp Reed attorney Jonathan W. Hugg spoke at the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Executive Forum on Jan. 14.

The discussion focused on the changing financial landscape. The panel of experts discussed the impact of government policies and regulations on the lending world.

Hugg is a member of the firm's commercial and corporate litigation practice group.

He concentrates his practice on commercial and appellate litigation, with an emphasis on financial institution, regulatory enforcement, municipal, and lender liability matters.
