Judicial corruption, as well as corruption among attorneys and in government agencies, is rampant in the US, not just PA. “I am focusing on the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS). However, I believe Child Protective Services nationwide has become corrupt and that the entire system is broken almost beyond repair.” Senator Nancy Schaefer February, 2008; Nancy Schaefer, and her husband, died March, 2010. The official Georgia State Police explanation for her death was "murder-suicide." The senator had just completed a film documentary about corruption in courts, and with cops, CPS and so on with Director Bill Bowen when she was murdered. She was gunned down with her husband in their home. The film they produced was exposing high level government leaders, including reportedly a government led pedophile ring. Bill Bowen was found dead approximately 5 months later.

All is NOT well in PA. The two Luzerne County newspapers refused to print the following Letter to the Editor. Why? You are a victim of the corrupt NEPA legal system if you are: 1) involved in a divorce proceeding that never ends; 2) a father without custody filing endless petitions for visitation; 3) a good parent fighting to get his/her child out of foster care; 4) a senior citizen declared incompetent, illegally placed in a guardianship and forced into a nursing home. You do NOT have a “family problem.” You are a target. And the crooks have a big bullseye on you. We do not have many scams in NEPA. We have one big scam with many different groups of victims. The juvenile delinquents targeted in kids for cash is one group. Have you been in kangaroo court? Read this information (from Wikipedia). A “kangaroo court” is a sham legal proceeding. The outcome of a trial by kangaroo court is essentially determined in advance, usually for the purpose of ensuring conviction, either by going through the motions of manipulated procedure or by allowing no defense at all. A kangaroo court's proceedings deny, hinder or obstruct due process rights in the name of expediency. Typically, a kangaroo court will deliberately abuse one or more of the following rights of the accused: Right to hear a full statement of the exact charges made against the accused Right to summon witnesses Right of cross-examination Right to introduce evidence which will support acquittal of the accused Right not to incriminate oneself Right not to be tried on secret evidence Right to control one's own defense Right to exclude evidence that is improperly obtained, irrelevant or inherently inadmissible, e.g., hearsay Right to exclude judges or jurors on the grounds of partiality or conflict of interest Right to have a verbatim stenographic record of the trial proceedings created Right of appeal Become informed about your issue: systemic elder abuse (www.stopguardianabuse.org), systemic child abuse (www.fightcps.com), and fathers without custody (http://www.f4jpa.com/). Read about the Catholic Church and child abuse (http://fixpa.wikia.com/wiki/Catholic_Church_Cover-up_Rant) - citizen investigator Mike Ference’s comments include information about the kids for cash scandal as well as the Zappala family. Read Larry Hohol’s book The Luzerne County Railroad. Talk to Right to Know officials. File complaints. Take action. Don’t help the crooks by doing nothing.

It is very sad that Pennsylvania has become a state where hacks on the bench are just something we comment about in articles (tolerate). This article refers to the "colorful decade of judicial misconduct" as if it is decoration. What about the victims of this atrocious judiciary. Don't get me wrong, there are great jusges out there. But the simple math is that for the last 10 years,a judge or MDJ has been up for discipline every 4 months. That is a system that we should be happy with? The JCB has not functioned properly since the early 80's and still isn't doing its job. I know, I have been watching it for the last 30 years. But I guess your readers will think all is well if you just put it in a certain light. Wake up Pennsylvanians and speak out. Nothing changes unless WE make it happen.

Well I am not afraid to use my real name and be quoted. The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board is without a doubt the most politically controlled and corrupt oversight agency in the entire state. I have had first hand dealings with this board and I was even asked to testify before a Judicial Reform Committee back in the 90's. I have also interviewed a former member of the Board that attempted to blow the whistle on all of the shenanigans he witnessed firsthand while he served his 4 year term. Everyone should do yourself a huge favor and go to:Surrickbook.com Better yet, listen to his 10 CD set that documents a Board and Judicial System that was and is totally out of control and unaccountable to anyone but those who appointed them to their positions. It is a REAL eye opener. I have written a non-fiction book about Judicial Corruption in Luzerne County. Specifics of JCB corruption are included in great detail. Google my name for more details. One last bone to pick here. I sure wish someone besides Pennsylvanian’s For Modern Courts would be asked their opinion on important issues of the day. I have little use for any organization that receives the majority of their operation revenue from the very government they pretend to “watch like hawks”.
