The aforementioned audiobook, Lawyers, Judges and Journalists, The Corrupt and the Corruptors can be found at www.surrickbook.com If you want to open your eyes to what is (and has been) going on. Backroom handshakes, cronyism, and abuse by the system that is suppose to potect you.

  • IT'S ABOUT TIME

Massa & any other participants who were aiding & abetting the criminal activities of Conahan & Ciavarella should be criminally charged, not "protected". So I hope Judge Lokuta will prevail & it will lead to criminal charges on the criminals. It may be too much to hope that the JCB could be cleaned up so they could & will actually do "their job", NOT PROTECT their "crony public servants", who feed upon honest Pennsylvania citizens like leeches.

I believe Judge Lokuta is 100% correct. Everyone keep in mind that the Chairman of the JCB at that time (Patrick Judge) was business partners (two businesses) with Convicted Felon Judge Michael T. Conahan. The JCB (formerly the JIRB) has been used for decades to punish whistle blowers and protect the guilty. If you don't believe me read the book: Lawyers, Judges, and Journalists: The Corrupt and the Corruptors.....By Robert Surrick Esq. Attorney Surrick was a full fledged member of JIRB and blew the whistle on the whole rat's nest. He now lives in Costa Rica with his wife. The mob has more honor and higher standards.
