How does any attorney even pursue a nomination for a federal judgeship, when that attorney refuses even to make a local phone call to ensure that public servants in law-enforcement -- e.g., a District Attorney and an Under-Sheriff (both of whom are attorneys) -- obey the law and save innocents‘ lives, while also stopping judicial corruption in the local courts?

If that newly-confirmed federal judge does not obey the Rules of Professional Conduct, then how can anyone have confidence in any decision he will make during a lifetime appointee on the federal bench?

Oh, and by the way, the Senate Judiciary Committee was fully aware of the problem before voting on this nominee’s confirmation.
